FRIENDS GAS AGENCY delivering of cooking cylinder is not on time

I have booked a cylinder from Friends gas agency ON 02/3/19. My refill booking number is 178629 and cash memo no is 184603. Yet I have not received the cylinder till today dated 12/3/19. From the last week, I was contacting the gas agency persons, no one is even responding to me.

The last month also I have to manage food for my whole family for 4-5 days DUE TO LATE SUPPLY OF CYLINDER which cost me a lot, as well as, I also suffered mentally.
