Delivery not done to my house

Gas Agency Complaint Complaint Date: April 10, 2020
I had booked a cylinder under this agency invoice no5-100333333304. They are not delivering it to my house and have asked me to come to the office. There is a lockdown in the state hence i am unable to go. Please help me get it delivered

    On 19.03.2020 I have taken some position and tried to exit at 3.18 but system got hanged and could not exit my position. Made a loss of Rs 45000. Please get my loss from zerodha. Every time this will happen and no action will be taken against these brokers.
