Cylinder not delivering by delivery boy Mr. Swamy (Mobile No.8970595378) in time from past 3 months as we refused to pay extra delivery charges of RS.40. Normal charges we were paying Rs.30. He is giving reason that our location is not belong to that agency.
Please take necessary action and arrange to deliver the cylinder asap as I am physically handicapped which I can't collect the same by visiting agency. My Consumer No is 10445.
