My gas agency is Backson Gas Service at Jhandewalan, Karol Bagh, New Delhi

I have booked cylinder on 10th April and paid payment of Rs. 1103/- through Paytm and till today 22nd April I have not received cylinder. My consumer number is 12756. It is not first time, they always do that. They usually have cylinder to someone else in black.

We always call our area executive to deliver the booked cylinder and they are not taking initiative to gave cylinder even booked. Sometime the executive book cylinder by themselves and sold it on black and we received message even we didn't booked.

We need to take strike action against the gas agency.
