इंडियन आइल कार्पोरेशन,


 विषय- गैस सिलेंडर बुक कराने के बाद सिलेंडर की डिलिबरी का SMS आने के बाबजूद गैस नहीं पहुचाई गई।


   सविनय निवेदन है कि मैंने (Consumer no.- TSV02161) को दिनांक 24/11/2015 को सिलेंडर बुक कराया जिसकी वुकिंग नं.-492784 है। जिसका मैसेज मुझे उसी दिन मोवाइल पर आ गया। इसके बाद दिनांक 1/12/2015 को मुझे मैसेज आया कि आपका कैस मैमो(cash memo no.- 3000066065) बन चुका है और आपका सिलेंडर जल्द ही पहुचा दिया जाएगा। इसके बाद दिनांक 4/12/2015 को मुझे मोवाइल पर मैसेज आया कि आपका सिलेंडर सफलता पूर्वक पहुचा दिया गया है जबकि मेरे घर पर कोई भी सिलेंडर नहीं आया है। इसकी सूचना मेंने दिनांक 02/12/2015 को  फोन द्वारा ऐजेंसी मेनेजर(जैन साहब) सी लेने की कोशिश की तो वहाँ पर बताया गया कि आपका सिलेंडर पहुचा दिया गया है और अब हम आपकी कोई सहायता नहीं कर सकते।


अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मैरे सिलेंडर को यथा सीध्र पहुचवाने की क्रपा करें एवं दोसियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही करने की क्रपा करें।
