My gas agency is Vimala Enterprises located at Barkatpura Hyderabad. My consumer no. is 603291. I have booked a gas cylinder for domestic consumption on August 31, 2016. However, the booking was cancelled without stating any reason after 4 days. I booked the cylinder again and the same thing repeated i.e. cancellation of booking without any reason. I booked the cylinder for the third time on September 13, 2016. The same is not yet delivered and the reason for non - delivery stated by the agency is the place where it is to be delivered is very far.However, the place of delivery is the same as was since many years. Request you to lodge a complaint against the agency and take the strictest of the action against the same. Also, request you to ask the person/agency to deliver the cylinder at our address.
