Cylinder booked but not delivered

I want to raise a complaint against this gas agency. I have booked cylinder twice on the ivr with consumer number Cx4384269. On both instances, i received delivery confirmation sms but i didn't get the cylinder. I'm running out of lpg cylinder at my home. If the cylinder is not delivered to me and I'm getting delivery confirmation sms, then there is black marketing going on at your end. I want my cylinders delivered at priority.
