We have not received the cylinder our consumer no. 20930 I have book cylinder on dated. 22-11-2017 also received this message-- (Cash memo 3000064738 of amount Rs.774.5 generated for booking no. 464632,shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills)
As per online system showing cylinder is delivered on dated 25.11.2017
But still I have not received the cylinder.

Please help for the same.We have face this type of problem second time.
