the problem of not home delivering the LPG Gas cylinders on time even after booking has been done months ago is a day to day problem faced by the locality. the booking has been done online and it clearly stated that the gas cylinder shall be home delivered within 4-5 working days. however months have passed but even after continuous efforts, the gas agency pays no serious attention. even the consumer complaint helplines are not responding. this is a very serious issue faced by us since years. what can be done? we need quick and immediate actions against the owner and the agency.
