I Rahul Rai an Indane Gas customer with Consumer ID: CX4895099 and it's on the name of my father Mr. Roop Chand, want to complaint against my area gas cylinder delivery agent. He is very unfortunate and non cooperative. I would prefer Hindi to make you comfortable to understand what actually happened.
Maine refill cylinder book kiya hua tha jise Rama Indane Sec-21 ke deliver agent dene aaye. Us time main office mein tha to ghar se meri wife ka phone aya ki cyclindre wale bhaiya aye hue hai but empty cylinder nahin hain to maine bhaiya se kaha ki ap please kal dedije cylinder kyonki main abhi ghar pe akeli hun sham ko bhaiya (me) aa jaynge to kal tak hum empty cylinder arrange kar lenge but inhone mana kar diya hai or keh rahe hai ki ye booking cancel kar denge apko chahiye to dubara book kar dena or kale se (1 December) se rate badhne vale hai ab apka cylinder 40-50 rupe mehnga ayega. Tb maine unse baat ki or request ki, ki bhaiya ap please kal cylinder le ana main kal tak empty cylinder arrnge kar lunga, mujhe cylinder ki jarrurt hai 7 december ki merei behan ki shadi hai. Itna sb btane request krne par bhi vo ni mana or uska behaviour. It was so rude. kya inhe itna cooperative bhi ni hona chahiye ki gahr mein akeli mahila ki problme ko smjhe. Finally jb vo ni mna to maine nearest gas shop vale bhaiya se bola ki ap mera cylinder leke please use empty cylinder de dijiye. ab most important thing ye hui ki deliver agent jo mujhe bina empty cylinder liye refill cylinder nahin de rha ta usne us shopkeepr ko de diya. I mean it's just disgusting ki ap apne customer ki problem ko ni smjh rhe hai uske sath cooperate ni kar rhe hai ap but apne shopkeeper ke sath kr liya. Iske baad mujhe is bat pe bhi pura pura doubt hua ki jarur inka koi pehle se connection hoga. Like may be vo usse black mein cylinder bechta ho. But mujhe in sb baton se koi mtlb nahin hai mera concern sirf itna hai kya in delivery agents ko itna rude or uncooperative hona shi hai apne customers ke sath? Agar nahin to please ap meri shikayat pe uske khilaf shakt karyawahi kijiye or usse ye jrur puchiye ki jb usne customer ko empty cylinder liye bina refill nahin diya to use shopkeeper ko kaise de diya. Mera koi rented house ni h apna hai pichle 22 saalon se reh rha hun or suru se Rama Indane ka cylinder use kr rha hun ap record bhi dekh skte hai.
So please it’s my humble request to you please take an strict action against him. So that they can learn to respect consumers because we are paying then they are earning.
