Hello.. I have taken new connection from Bharat Gas. They asked to pay Rs.5000.
I paid it.
They provided one stove with MRP:1975/-,
A pipe of MRP:100/-
and a refundable amount of Rs.1600/- for regulator and new cylinder.
A total of Rs. 3675/-.
They are not providing Bill when asked. I put an application in consumer forum on-line services. They responded. Thanks for giving the bill at least after lodging a complaint with you. But the bill is not matching with the individual item price. 
I was asked to pay rs. 5000/- when the actual amount is coming to rs. 3675/- 
So I request you to help me to get back the excess amount I paid and do justice to me
