Complain Indian oil about never applied to surrender Gas subsidy

I never applied to surrender the subsidy. From last two times I am not getting it. I went to my distributor Shivalik Agencies at Chandigarh and given them in writing to release the same. They told me from next time in future you will be paid. Yesterday I registered on line and found status as I have given up subsidy. Also I applied for refill and paid bill online. Now I request to get the subsidy released. MY detail is as under:
