i have book for refill cylinder on 11 October(booking number 761324),but today is 27 October, no cylinder cylinder is deliver to us, every time we have to go to the office(Mahabeer gas agency)to pick the cylinder, and they used to be very rude.

Please note: continuously we have to pick the cylinder,and spend whole the day,

i would therefor, request you to please look in to the matte,and do the need full, i m waiting for the reply,
