Dear Sir,
We have been facing this issue from last 4 months. we book cylinder on the no. they provided or online, they never send cylinder on time. Rather we receive messages like booking cancelled, door was closed whereas my family members were full time at home. after that we again have to place booking. more the number of time we place booking more they charge every time which is Rs 8 per booking. So in this way we are paying rs 16 extra every time for same booking and also getting cylinder 2 to 3 weeks late.
We already have talked to Gem Gas Agency employees face to face, on call but in vain. They are always says that deliver boy is on the way but no one came except the message booking cancel, door was closed.
Sir/Ma'am, Please help us. This is not just my problem, this is also with other residents on mannat tower kharar whose gas agency is gem gas agency-indane.
