Bill Over charged by IGL in PNG connection despite house lock

Refer to my BP No. 7000235225 for PNG connection through IGL. On 25 Aug 20 I raised complain for Bill over charged. My house was locked despite that I received the Gas bill from IGL. When I did the complain and asked to correct the Bill amount IGL has sent me ₹ 3627 gas bill for around 45 days (despite house was locked view Covid). How such a big amount is possible in domestic connection despite house was locked?? Why such a big amount bill generated now.. An Average bill used to be around ₹ 459 for 45 days but IGL has issued ₹ 3627 bill. I called many times to IGL customer care to correct/reduce BILL but they are not helping or listening me in this pandemic situation too. Pls resolve my issue. Thanks. Truly, I am very much upset with IGL response.
