i book my refil on 11 oct and cash memo generated on 15 oct but still i am not received my refil cylinder i am continuously at home but no one came yet. i am continuously calling the happy home landline number no is receiving the call . i am badly need my refil cylinder . my consumer no. cx15162849. cash memo no. is 3000056013.

i am facing this problem everytime . please help me .sir delivery boy always ask extra charges for delivery. he threatened me if i not give extra money like 70 rs he will not deliver my refil cylinder.
