Again Payment of gas cylinder

Due to lockdown at jammu ut, I've booked the cylinder from hp gas portal and payment transffered to netbabking (26-03-2020) to adarsh gas agency canal road, but at the time of delivery (31-03-2020) the delivery boy told again to payment of gas cylinder, I told that I have already transferred payment on Thursday but he not agree and call in office coordinator by mobile and talked with me somebody in office and he refused that payment and told me to again handover the hard Payment to delivery boy and they told me to returned the payment after 3 to 4 days, if previoused payment shown the consumers codes in their system. why they did not checked the payment transferred online portal before deliver the gas cylinder to customer home.

At this situation ATM money is nothing. Kindly suggest that conditions customer what should they do. This condition is favourable for consumer at this critical situation if the payment already transferred.

please look in that matters and resolved that for consumer.
