Greetings of the day

i have purchased a wireless tp link router tl-wr841n from flipkart dated on 12-dec-15. I have not used that router since the purchase due to difficulties in my home infrastructure. i have recently installed that router just 5 days back.

i have even tried to contact the customer care support through the toll free number provided but i cant talk to you because the IVRS system says that all executives are busy.

please provide me support regarding this issue immediately
