Torn shoes just after 3 weeks of usage

I bought these campus shoes on 20 Feb from a retail store and these shoes are now showing signs of becoming fragile
Shoes are being torn from sides of both shoes and these are clear signs of the shoes that they are not lasting long i want you to address the situation and i have attached a picture of the same as well
So please solve the problem and response to this complaint as soon as possible
