Snapdeal not refunding my money, ordered a laptop battery from Snapdeal

I had ordered a laptop battery from Snapdeal which was found to be defective. I realised a return request and asked for refund. When I called to customer care no they told to wait for 24 hrs. Suddenly they suspended my account illegally without any valid reasons. When I called customer care no again they told me that they will not refund my money.

    I had ordered two products from jabong.com.Two products were catwalk belly shoes and Spyker T-shirt. I didnt received those products. Jabong is claiming that products has been delivered but they dont have any proof of delivery. I registered a complain regarding this but they are not responding. I want my money (Rs.1451) back.
