Service xiaomi redmi mobile not properly repair inspite of 4 times gone for servicing.

i had given 4 times for repairing my xiaomi redmi note 3 mobile phone (purchased on 4th oct 2016), but every time it was given they could not repair the phone properly , everytime they give the phone with another new problem , now the problem is of week/no signal, when asked the service centre said you can go to consumer affair also, my complain is against the xiaomi/ MI service centre of siliguri (west bengal)region who repetitively doing this with the customers. full address of that service centre is ganapati cellulars ,behind punjab national bank, siliguri , west bengal, phone no 03532522841, pls take action agains this service centre.
