Samsung Grand is not working Properly

Hi,
My Samsung Grand phone is under warranty period and is around 7 months old.
The vibrator of the phone has stopped working, Phone gets heated and battery has discharged.
How is it possible that these many problems are appearing in such a costly phone. I do not have time to go to the service center.
I am planning to go to consumer court to raise the same.
