Regarding Amazon and Motorola Charger, suffering a major problem it is not working

I purchased a moto turbo charger just few months back in 02/march/2018.and from last month i m suffering a major problem it is not working,product is still in warranty and i call to amazon they told me its a product of motorola so motorola will help you.Then,I went to service center which is held in Indore but they denied to change it and its being a week that i m doing mail's but not getting solution.I need your help.
