i order Pedi Spin: Ultimate Foot Smoothing Tool /Electronic Foot Callus Removal Kit order no : 87438866 the specifications are given that it remove dead skins and the video on its official site is also gives that using for some time only it removes dead skin but it didn't work as we used it it show no sign of removing dead skin and its so much useless that it is not able to work on nails and its a waste of money and when we have told shopclues that its not working they said it will not be returned as only it will be returned if the product is defective not on quality basis and that just cheating but not working as per specified is also defect no.
so, i want reply from u that what should can i do know.
