New AC not working Blue Star make 1.5TR split AC

I had purchased Blue Star make 1.5TR split AC M/s. Weather Refrigeration at Hospet on 14.03.2016.

Since then, the AC is not cooling and the supplier is not responding after repeated reminder (Service man came twice without solution after 10 days of complaint each time).
When complained to the company directly on 20.04.2016(Complaint ID B1604210420), the concerned dealer or company's area manager are also not responding. Family is facing lot of discomfort in this scorching heat, in spite of having an AC because it's not working!

This is a new set and in warranty period.

I fear, the supplier has given a faulty / old unit. Cheating and Discomfort issue.
