I have purchased a apple earpod pro from Home store 18 on 18/12/2021 vide order I'd 1640 and received on 22.12.3021. The product has manufacturing defect and i am unable to change soft ear tips as per size of my ear. The product not smoothly running in my Android phone. I have informed company several times through mail as well as through phone but no action taken to replace or refund the money.
