LG dual inverter working erratically - under warranty need replacement

LG mechanic visited today with motor but to no avail. the blades have to be operated manually by hand for getting the best output as my bed is directly under the A.C. but surprisingly the blades is not remaining in that position controlling by remote, it seems it's a faulty machine ...kindly do exchange the model. the sufferance and agony buying lg brand is unable to borne by me.




parts which were brought to replace did not help out so again mechanic fitted the built in parts are these parts spurious????




provide solution immediately.
