Fire in Good Night liquid machine

Sir, I am using your good night machine and refill..25th april 2016 it caught fire after one hour of putting into plug..your company plastic material catch fire without short circuit in electric circuit or board...due to fire many important material got burnt..please compensate loss...and request you to improve quality of your product...i am attaching picture of your product...except rod nothing left in your product...the point still in plug and even after burning plug is working it means it doesnot happen with short circuit
