respected officer,

i bought an asus laptop computer(as per invoice device description:-asus 15 G0638T 7Gi3 8G2x BLK) on 8/11/2017.
After few days only the gadget stopped its working as per requirement.Then the gadget was submitted to croma customer care for inspection after their inspection they assured that there will be no future problems will occur with this gadget.
This type of "repairing" is done by them 2,3 times by them and still i am facing problems with this device.
As i am a student i am facing a lot of problems due to this faulty gadget.
Also my gadget is in warranty period as per requirement.
As a customer i don't want any replacement and adjustment,i expect a full refund of the money.
