Ebay not giving refund purchased sandisk 32gb memory card

I have purchased sandisk 32gb memory card but received Sony memory card that also duplicate, I have raised claim with eBay guarantee, they ask me to send item back to seller and I send it back I have proof also now nobody is giving response on customer care just saying every time that they have arrange call back by their claim adjuster but no call is coming,please do some thing on leagal basis and please help me, hoping fast and pisitive reply from your side.
