I ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY BRAND NEW A7) of Rs.22,990 on 3rd October and i received the product on 5th October 2015. I saw the phone camera was broken so as per the company policy i raised a claim for refund. Im continously calling them to sort out this matter. But they constantly replying the same the wait for 24 or 48 hours. I received a call from 21st October form ebay team i have to ship the item. But i denied for the same as i dont want to take risk of shipping because in between the transit if anything misplace or something they reject my refund claim. Finally on 10th October 2015 i receieved the call form ebay for reverse pickup, but on that day somehow i couldnot possible. And the documents which i supposed to attach with the courier i.e., SHIPPPING DECLARATION in which the total value shows Rs5000, that is quite confusing as the cost of the mobile is Rs22,990. Again, on 12/11/2015 i called the told me to wait for the 24hours and they didnt provide me the answer why the cost has been written Rs5000 instead of Rs22,990. Please look into the matter as it is turning mental trauma for me. It becomes regular work for me to call me and in reply i received the same reply.
