Doesn't give repair/replacement within warranty period

Sir,
I bought a Earphone of "Sony" from reliance digital, asansol on 24 December 2015, and the product comes with 6 month warranty period, but few days ago I've some problems on my product (one side of headphone stop working) and yesterday (14 may, 2016) i went to the nearest sony service centre (Neosa electronicsystem pvt. Ltd., asansol), but they're refuse to take my product for repair/replacement, just because the warranty sticker already remove, but i have both original bill/cash memo with product code / bar code number and the box of this item with bar code and also I'm in warranty period but they're refuse to take my product for repair/replacement and harassing me, I'm just frustrated about that matter, please help me!
