I have purchased a new IFB inverter AC from a electronic retail store named Shanti Electronics, Indore on 14th May 2018. My registered mobile number is 9039341922. within 7 days of purchasing the AC stopped working. I have registered a formal complaint with the IFB service centre. the problem was rectified. Again the AC stopped working on 10th July 2018. Again i lodged a formal complaint. The IFB service provider dis assembled my AC and took away to their service centre. since then they are not returning my AC. its now almost a month. it has been a mental harrassment for me due to the shoddy service of IFB. Through this complaint I want to appeal that i want a full compensation of the defective Invert AC sold to me as the same AC is under 1 year warranty.
