Dear Sir,

My Name is Bhupendra Sisodiya, Mobile No. 9907243318.
Address: Somya Parkland Awadhpuri.

I Have purchase a smart watch( Fire boltt Ninja Pro, Part code-11BSWAAY#1) from DB City Mall Big Bazaar on Dated 20/11/2021(Invoice No. 5533022000222985), But it is got failed in within 2 month.

I have complaint in Big Bazaar they told that pls register complaint on Boltt call center, So i have registered the complaint Boltt call center.

Now since 20 days i am taking the followup about the complaint but they are not even replying on mail as well as on call.

i have tried multiple time to connect on their customer care center but not get connected to them.
