I have purchased a Sony external hard-disk from Snapdeal on 24-02-2016. As in july month i registered a compalint in Snapdeal that my product is not working properly. as the product is of Sony brand. but sony refused to provide me the warranty because as per Sony policy if product is purchased from unauthorised dealer SONY is not liable to provide any compensation or claim. I registered the compalin in Snapdeal from where i purchased the product from last 1-2 months i continously follow up but no one snapdeal employee replying me properly everyime they misguide me. Even more than 20 of mails of i dropped to snapdeal but they are not even replying. even i told them i go to consumer court. they told me GO where u want to. but we are not provide you the service.
So i request the repective authority please look into the matter.
