I purchased MI ear phone which was in gaurantee period and stoped working. I submitted it for replacement and they assured me it will be replaced in 15 day..and now even after 50 days they hadn't replaced my ear phone..they always say we r in process of doing so..my service no. is CG 06145 and complain no. Is 1834712.
