I took AMC for my Hitachi 1.5 ton window AC on 8 September 2015 for Rs 2635. And my AC is not working from 15 May. I registered my complaint through Mobile App on 16th May Mid Night #16051802116. I am regularly calling on their customer care number, but still no one get back to me yet (23 May mid night). I am very much upset and frustrated with the product and services. I have lost the trust on this company. Now its not about money, its about the frustration I am facing.
