After preparing the mobile again same issue is coming and they are not changing the handset

I have mentioned the complaints in the service center the just re uploaded the software and told that there is no more problems and again after using 15-20 days the mobile handset is creating more problem than earlier it was and after calling them and asking them for the replacement of handset they are arguing that we don't change the handset. It is very frustrating thing to visit again and again to there office to repair the mobile handset after every 15-20 days.
