Last year my son passed NEET but he was looiking for good college ,but could not get meanwhile I was discussing with my friend , than he gave me his relative contact number , I contacted , but till now not got admmission, I paid him Rs 2400000/ through RTGS to his account , but not returning money , He gave four check , but all got bounce, thwo check signature not matching and two check no fund , I have whattsaap message , and voice records also ,
