I completed my 12th in 2019 after that i had a dream of study in abroad so after completing my pte exam I applied for canadaian study visa but unfortunately i got refusal from canada 2 times. After that i applied for Australia from opera education consultancy opposite old bus stand mahila ashram complex karnal. I provide him my all the documents and my refusal letter from canada through email but he did the package system with me like after getting the visa i had to pay him 13.5 lakh ruppes but for his own interest he hide the refusal of canada from Australian embassy. I got my visa from Australia and I studied and lived there for 1 year after that for my real sister marriage i need to came back India. But when i was going back to Australia the immigration stopped me and cancelled my visa because they didn’t have information about my refusal from canada and put me in detention for 20 days. This was toughest time of my life. When i came back i went to agent office he didn’t take any responsibility and put all the blame on me. When i asked him i will go to the court he said nothing will happen. I am living in depression because of the mistake done by that person. I was get frauded all of my fee i paid in australia get wasted because of that person mistake.
