Dear sir/mam,
I have a complaint against onpoint services, aurangabad, Maharashtra, india.(A part time online job providing group).

Before 20 days one madam called me and said me to join her company and they will give me 28500 of typing 150 pages in 15 days.I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package.she told me to send my aadhar card copy and photo.After i send my Aadhar card photo. But without my permission, they photoshoped my documents and pasted them to their notice,agreement and a stamp paper(fake).
The time period for 150 pages typing was 15 days, before providing the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life).
But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and most of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation was required.
And they said that the typing accuracy must be 90% and for one spelling mistake there was 0.9% (that means 1% deduction) was there. And there were about 1050 (approx) words in one page.
I submitted the work within the time limit but then 1day after that i got a mail that the accuracy is not achieved and work is rejected. They awarded me a penalty or utility charge of ₹9800 and said that if I don't pay then legal action will be taken.
Then I got a mail in reference of sourav shah and Minhaz M. Patel, demanding money sum of ₹9800.
And then they sent me a notice on my mail demanding money ₹9800+₹5000.
Now he is hassarasing me by sending emails and messages and demanding money and threating me.
I want to use this website to take some action against this person and his name is also fake.One more important thing, this type of frauds complaints already posted on the consumer forum and with the same name.he regularly changes his number and his name is not the m.m. patel.His number not listed on true caller.

I dont know but i think some students got harrassed and might be they commit suicide.

    I wish to bring to your notice that i am being harassed mentally and asked for payment by this company. I was threatened by their employees that they will take me to court. Out of nowhere they called me first and provided me incomplete information about the work that was supposed to be done, they didn't even send me the demo work neither i got a confirmation call. They made asked for sign via the app, without telling that they will use it on stamp paper. After that, they assigned a task to me that was in image format which was difficult to read.

    Then they started threatening me that i need to pay them 5000 rupees as a cancellation charge, otherwise they will take legal action.
    After one month i got call my number and he told he is an advocate and a case has been filed. Their advocate is calling me and threatening me that he will take me to the court and is humiliating me about my family. On what grounds? Just because i was forced to work on something and i did not do it?
