Future Advertising & Hospitality sold me 2 Privilege Membership card of the Chandra Leela Hotel indore.
The Guy who visited my office charged me 2599 each & gave 2 Membership card in my office.
When he opened the envelope , I checked the card where it was printed offer valid for 30th April 2022. I said to him that offer is showing till 30th April only. He said it's a promotional offer, cards were printed before , the date I will write on your envelope, from that date 1 year.
I called your hotel to confirm that is it true, your staff said yes we are running promotional schemes.
It's a fraud. Why would one buy 6 months membership. When I visited hotel they are not excepting that coupons as date have expired according to them.
The Chandra leela hotel staff says me to contact future Advertising, they can't do anything.
If the hotel is unaware of this, why they hired firms like Future & advertising whose people are doing fraud.
