Phone selling fraud, I contacted this person for a mobile phone which he was selling on olx.

Sie, on 2nd of April I contacted this person for a mobile phone which he was selling on olx. first he said he is from Indaian Army then he said he is rajasthan so he will send me the phone by mail so i will have to pay haf of the money in advance then he will send me the courier so i send him 11500 rupes in advance by paytm and he sen me a fake courier recipt but now he is not answring my any call sirplease help me i have some of his id which seems to me fake but may help you to find out something about this person
