Pending solar system installation after even 100% payment done

For new solar system I had been paid 100% payment on March 9, 2020 as per the demand of Zunroof. Only after that full payment done Zunroof will be start process of deliver all the materials and commission the system but so far only structural materials have been delivered while delivery of solar panels, inverters, electric equipments as well as installation job is pending. How many times have I appealed for an order to be canceled by mail and in its customer care if they are not able to do work. And I demanded 100% payment refund but every time they says your work will be done asap, materials will come next week, next month, next etc. But nothing has been done on the ground. I am very annoyed with their response.
I want they complete the job as soon as posible or cancel the order and release the 100% refund to me
