Pai International - Product not delivered even after 2 weeks of advance payment

i paid advance of 1K @ Pai store - Billekahalli, Bannerghatta Road, BLR on 11th Nov'18 for Glen 4 burner cooktop & chimney, as i was promised the lucky draw coupons & to get the same installed in 6-7 days. As i had a function at home on 18th i thought id would be ok & It has been 14 days now & every day i had to call & followup only to hear that it would take 3-4 days more. The function at home also finished & the product didn't arrive till now as on 24th Nov'18. Is Pai manufacturing the products upon customer advance payment or trying to get something from other planet??? why are you guys so UNPROFESSIONAL. You used to call 10 times a day before paying advance & after that we have to beg you every day for our product.
