On 13th of may-2023 Trendingcover_(on Instagram) asked me to make paytm payment in advance for a Mobile cover I wanted to buy. He asked me to transfer money via PayTm (cover555@unionbank). I did. After that, I kept on asking him the dispatch details from which I could track my shipment,he says manufacture department told me that your shipping charges 399rs charged and i deny and then he told me mam if you did not pay ur order will be cancel and refund bhi nahi milega,and some days after he began to ignore. Yesterday, he even blocked me on instagram. I know he is a fraud now.same case dusre logo ke sath bhi kiya hai, I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. As it is my hard earned money. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.
