Non payment of Fixed Deposit amount+interest upon maturity

Invested Rs 40,000/-as Fixed Deposit with BIRLA SHLOKA EDUTECH LTD,MUMBAI on 30.6.2012. @ 12.5% Interest payable quarterly. FDR No. 1248 issued Date of Maturity was 3 yrs i. e. 29.6.2015.Company defaulted in payment of interest from 1st July 2013.FDR was sent to the company's Registered Address duly discharged.Contacted the company officials but to no avail.I am a Sr.Citizen 72 yrs old without any pensionary or other benifits.
Have written to the Registrar of Companies,Ministry of Corporate Affairs,Govt of India at their Mumbai Address , but as of date no results!
