Sir, I bought a mobile phone from Kali Electronics Shabana Market Asansol .which is a vivo y20G model mobile. This mobile was loaned byHDB FINANCE ASANSOL BRANCH WEST BENGAL.This mobile was not in my civil score as eligibility to buy on loan. I was charged Rs. 499 to increase my civil score.HDB FINANCE company pays 15875 rupees even though the price of the mobile is 14990 rupeesThe company says 885 rupees has been taken for CRAD.but no BREAKUP is given for 15875 rupees. For I seek justice from you.
