Money not refunded after booking cancellation

Fraud Complaints Complaint Date: March 15, 2021
After I booked the ticket, they put the status in processing. After 15 minutes I got call from there agent thet fare has been increased. SO I asked them to cancel the ticket. They revert with cancellation e-mail saying amount would be refunded in 10-15 days. it's been 1 month and amount is stuck with them. After reading reviews realized it's scam/Fraud company.
They do the same thing with everyone.
