My name is Arup Das, father of the late Rathin Das.My home is Matigara Ramakrishna and my shop address is the Uttarapan market Complex, Hill Cart Road, Siliguri. My store name is Unique Solutions. I sell a variety of security devices.
After repeated lockdowns for the Coruna virus, business conditions get very bad and I have different thoughts.I'm worried about a new lockdown in 2022,
27 December 2021 a Healthcare Company offers me to take the distributorship of its Helpcare product. The name of the company is Medikaya Enterprise.
This healthcare company will inform me that the lockdown is happening again in two days so you can work on this lockdown by delivering medical items. The people in the company sent me an e-mail with all the products and an agreement that they agreed to do the job. I agree with them and see our product.
Then the company demanded a lot of money from me for the distributorship but I told him I could not pay that much. Then the people of the company tell me that if you can pay the last 25 thousand rupees, the distributorship will be given to you for Siliguri. Due to repeated lockdowns for Corona virus, I repeatedly agreed and deposited Rs 25000 in the company's account for the Siliguri distributorship.
I agree with this thinking that if there is a lockdown for the Corona virus again, then this time so that some income can cover the expenses of the family.
Two days after I paid Rs 25000 to that healthcare company, the company informed me that your health care products have been couriered and your distributorship agreement is being made.

The number the people from the company called me from was 6262967364, 7898398105, 7746830517 and 6262967344

Then I ask the company people for the Korea Details docket number. I ask the people of the company for the Courier docket number from them. Since then the people of the company hang up my phone and do not reply. I have called and emailed the company many times but they have not contacted me. This company has cheated me with business proposals in situations like lockdown.

So I request the administration to give extreme punishment to such chit fund company and help me to get my 25 thousand rupees back.
